1. Introduction
Welcome to BML CRM (the "Service"), a hybrid CRM platform operated by Be Mobile Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). BML CRM enables small and medium-sized enterprises ("SMEs") to manage and maintain both human team members and AI resources within a single secure, automated, and integrated platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BML CRM, including any associated software, websites, integrations, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you ("Customer," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. About the Service
2.1 What BML CRM Provides
BML CRM is a hybrid Customer Relationship Management platform designed to unify the management of human personnel and AI-driven resources within a single workspace. The Platform provides:
Customer records, project data, and lifecycle management
Tools for assigning, tracking, and orchestrating both human team members and AI agents
Workflow automation and process orchestration
Secure file storage with a 50 MB per-file upload limit
Support for shareable links or drive integrations for larger files
Data export and reporting capabilities
Usage analytics tracked and governed under the Privacy Policy
2.2 Hybrid Workforce Management
BML CRM is built around the principle that modern SMEs operate with both human and AI resources. The Platform provides tools to manage AI agents alongside human team members. Customers retain sole responsibility for the conduct, supervision, and ethical deployment of any AI agents they configure or operate through the Platform. Be Mobile Labs does not provide the underlying AI models and is not responsible for outputs generated by third-party AI services configured by the Customer.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3.2 Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 Account Security
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Be Mobile Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
4. Pricing and Costs
4.1 Current Free Tier
BML CRM is currently offered with a free tier that provides access to core CRM functionality. There are no software license fees for the free tier at this time.
4.2 Customer-Borne Infrastructure Costs
Customers are responsible for the costs of any third-party services, APIs, AI models, or infrastructure they connect to or operate through the Platform. This includes, without limitation, AI inference costs, third-party API fees, cloud storage charges, and any usage-based fees imposed by external providers. Be Mobile Labs does not charge for these costs but does not reimburse them either.
4.3 Future Paid Tiers
Be Mobile Labs reserves the right to introduce paid subscription tiers, premium features, or other commercial offerings in the future. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice via email or in-Platform notification before any pricing changes take effect or before features currently offered free move to a paid tier.
5. Data Ownership and Use
5.1 Your Data
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the data you submit, upload, or generate through the Platform ("Customer Data"). Be Mobile Labs does not claim ownership over Customer Data.
5.2 Limited License to Us
You grant Be Mobile Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Data solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and to provide the Service to you.
5.3 Data Export
You may export your Customer Data at any time through the Platform's export tools. Exports are provided in machine-readable formats suitable for portability.
5.4 Data Retention
Upon account deletion or termination, your Customer Data will be retained for 30 days to allow for recovery if requested. After 30 days, Customer Data will be permanently deleted from active systems, subject to limited retention obligations under the Privacy Policy (such as usage logs retained for up to 12 months).
5.5 Analytics
Be Mobile Labs collects usage analytics to improve the Platform. Analytics are governed by the Privacy Policy and do not include the substantive content of your Customer Data unless required for technical operation.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Upload, transmit, or store unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content
Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or related systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
Deploy AI agents in ways that cause harm to third parties, violate consumer protection law, or breach data protection rules
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform without express written authorization
7. File Uploads and Storage Limits
The Platform supports file uploads up to 50 MB per file. For larger files, you may use shareable links from external storage providers (such as cloud drive services) or integrations supported by the Platform. Be Mobile Labs does not guarantee the availability, retention, or security of files stored on third-party services linked from the Platform.
8. AI Resources and Third-Party Services
BML CRM allows you to integrate and orchestrate AI resources, including third-party AI models, automation tools, and external APIs. You acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for selecting, configuring, and supervising any AI resources used through the Platform
You are responsible for all costs, fees, and usage charges associated with third-party AI services
Outputs generated by AI resources may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies, and you must independently verify their suitability for your purposes

You must comply with the terms of service of any third-party AI provider you integrate with the Platform
9. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including all software, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and content created by Be Mobile Labs (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Be Mobile Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
10. Suspension and Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through the Platform's account settings or by contacting info@bemobilelabs.com.
10.2 Termination by Us
Be Mobile Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or for legitimate operational reasons (such as discontinuation of the Service).
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will immediately cease. You will have a 30-day grace period to export Customer Data, after which Customer Data will be deleted as described in Section 5.4.
11. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BE MOBILE LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BE MOBILE LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Be Mobile Labs, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) Customer Data or content you submit to the Platform.
14. Changes to These Terms
Be Mobile Labs may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-Platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. For Customers located in Gulf Cooperation Council ("GCC") countries or South Asian jurisdictions, mandatory local consumer protection laws shall apply where required by law.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in a mutually agreed venue, unless prohibited by applicable local law.
16. International Use
The Platform is hosted and operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Customers in the Gulf and South Asian regions acknowledge that data may be processed in the United States.
