Data Deletion Instructions

Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X and the app stores require every app to give people a clear way to have their data deleted. This page explains how to delete data that Be Mobile Labs holds about you, including data received through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Google, LinkedIn or X integrations.
OPTION 1: REMOVE THE APP FROM YOUR PLATFORM ACCOUNT
Removing our app from your social or Google account immediately revokes our access to your account.
Facebook: Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites > find the Be Mobile Labs app > Remove.
Instagram: Settings > Apps and Websites > Active > find the app > Remove.
Google: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions > find the app > Remove access.
LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/permitted-services > find the app > Remove.
X: https://twitter.com/settings/connected_apps > find the app > Revoke app permissions.
When you remove the app, we stop receiving data from that platform. Data already received is deleted within 30 days as described below, or immediately when the platform sends us a deletion callback.
OPTION 2: ASK US TO DELETE YOUR DATA
Send a deletion request by any of these methods:
Email info@bemobilelabs.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
Call +1 (213) 222-6298.
If you use one of our apps, open Settings > Account > Delete account (where available).
Please include the name and email address or phone number you used with us and, if relevant, the platform account (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn or X username) that was connected. We will verify the request using that contact detail.
What happens next
We confirm receipt within 2 business days and give you a request reference number.
We delete or anonymise your personal information from our live systems within 30 days, including account details, integration data, call recordings, transcripts and messages.
Data held in backups is purged within a further 35 days as backup cycles expire.
We confirm completion by email.
We keep only what the law requires us to retain, for example invoices and tax records, and a suppression record of your contact details so that we honour your opt-out.
DATA HELD ON BEHALF OF A BUSINESS
If your data reached us because you contacted a business that uses our technology (for example you filled in a lead form, messaged a Page or spoke to an AI agent operated for that business), the business controls that data. Send your request to the business, or to us and we will forward it to the business and help them complete it.
